Bob, thanks for sharing your wonderful art, you can see the passion in the art. It makes me want to take out my digital camera and try to figure how it works, now where is that damn ON button. Looking forward to the pictures of Fort Mtn. May your love of photograhy continue to grow. Congrats, Spence Misner -

Spence, thanks for all the "i" adjectives. I don't know where that ON button is, but find it and press it. You do know that the devil loves a dusty camera, don't you? Learn how to use your camera so that you can take some of those great scenics when you are out scaling mountains (those are shots that I don't plan on getting). And good luck on your triathlon. -

WOW! We are impressed!!!
Bob, Thanks so much for sharing the website information with us this afternoon. We are extremely impressed with all the pictures. AR had a fit over the flowers! You have become a real "PRO" with your photography, as you have with your "real job" of surgery. We will look forward to keeping up with your website. Our best, Ned and Annice Raye -

Thanks, Ned and Annice Raye. I have big plans for 2005. I will be attending a photography workshop in the Great Smoky Mountains this April. I hope to attend a printing workshop later this year. And, of course, I will continue to shoot Fort Mountain as an ongoing project. I have a few other projects that I am considering, so stay tuned. -

Wow - spectacular! The angles, composition, EXCELLANT! Many of the images of the countryside look like paintings. I saw so much that I want to get - it's really hard to decide. I will be ordering some more prints in the near future. Thank you for such a wonderful visual treat! -

What a great name, - Robert Burns!!! I lived in Atlanta for 9 years and I loved the "South" - although I live further south now, in Miami - I miss Atlanta. I also love your shots of Spain having been there twice - and both times having visited Toledo! I am surprised that you have no pictures of Plaza de Madrid... I would sit at the Plaza just about every night I spent in Madrid and watched the artists, musicians, etc., as they strolled by my table and I had my evening "aperitiff". I could not believe that kids were out on the street at midnight, but then when the sun sets at 10:30 I guess it would be hard to go to sleep before then... I had a great time recalling the times in Madrid, though not the party I was with, I found Madrid a very exciting and progressive city full of culture, art,and living! Thank you! Thanks, Sara. Madrid WAS exciting and progressive. It was also very hot (temperatures exceeded 100 degrees F each day we were there in July (I know the travel books warn you about going there in the summer, but we had no control over that). I'm glad you enjoyed the photos, and I appreciate the comments. -

Enjoyed the photos and the articles
The photos are great! It's great that you get to spend time with hobby you are so enthusiatic about doing and sharing with others. The articles are very helpful and practical. You are always welcome to visit John playing baseball. We love the photo of him sliding. Others might also like to see some your action shots. You certainly are a very talented man in so many areas. The site is awesome. It's so easy to navigate. Even with our outdated system everything works so well. -

WOW!
I've seen your pictures before, but I am very impressed at the images you captured. You really have an eye for beauty. As I have said before, you have a beautiful family. Keep up the the excellent work and I look forward to what other facinating creations you can capture on film. (PS...I like the picture of Dr. Rod, that should be on a billboard for MMC or HMC!!!) -

Thanks, Sandi, but what is film? All my images are captured digitally. I,too, like the image of Dr. Rod. I used the operating lights and a wide-angle lens to get that effect -
