(91) "Murray Medical Center O.R" Wins Third Place

"Murray Medical Center O.R." was awarded third place in the 2005 Daily Citizen photography contest. This photo was taken during the closure of an operation performed at Murray Medical Center in August of 2004. To get this shot, I used a wide-angle lens on a Canon Digital Rebel, mounted on a tripod at the foot of the table. The overhead fluorescent lights were turned off. One operating light was directed onto the operative field, and one light was directed onto the instrument stand in the foreground.
